Stockholm Fashion Week and VOCAST partners on creating a digital runway
VOCAST will support Stockholm Fashion Week to share runway, event and backstage content for the activities on the fashion calendar this February with nordic and international press.
“We are happy and proud to be allying with the Swedish Fashion Association to support the Swedish fashion industry and help put the spotlight on nordic designers. The central purpose of VOCAST is to empower designers that do original, sustainable, creative, or otherwise uniquely designed products and get their message to the world. And there are many great brands to fit that description in Sweden.”
says Co-founder Jens Hamborg Koefoed.
By gathering all content in one central location the “digital runway” on the website, and sharing it with press and buyers the aim is to both amplify the experience of attending an event but also to take the event to people that for different reasons could not attend.
“In times of social distancing and limited traveling, digital services become key. We warmly welcome VOCAST as an official Stockholm Fashion Week partner.”
says Stockholm Fashion Week organizer Catarina Midby.
VOCAST is a technology company driven by the belief that good design makes a better world. The company supplies its Brand Sharing Platform to 400 brands in 12 countries. The platform runs image banks, press rooms, digital showrooms as well as digital runways for industry organizations like British Fashion Council and Copenhagen Fashion Week and brands like By Far, Ganni, Wood Wood, Stine Goya, Hope, ATP Atelier, and Efva Attling.
