About the job:

As our new Junior Customer Success Consultant, you will have an important role at VOCAST. You will be responsible for onboarding and consulting with our lifestyle customers on a daily basis. You will be conducting start-up and status meetings with them and our team, to brainstorm ideas and discuss the needs and problems of the customers’ platforms. As a Junior Customer Success Consultant, you will also be responsible for training new users on our platform. As part of your unique training program, you will participate in multiple areas within customer success, gaining valuable knowledge for product improvements. As part of our Copenhagen office, you will be part of an international team in a successful tech company with a creative soul. You will work with both Danish and international clients. Your daily tasks at VOCAST will include the following: – Onboarding new lifestyle customers to the VOCAST platform, including structuring and managing their onboarding process, as well as consulting them on the best solutions – Conduct customer training – Investigating and solving customer problems – Consulting customers with their usage and performance of the VOCAST platform – Helping our customers on the phone, email, and via personal/online meetings – Sharing input with management on possible improvements to the company’s customer success

About you:​

In the field of customer success, it is essential to be a “people’s person” as you will spend your day ensuring, that our VOCAST users are satisfied with our products and the level of customer service they receive. If you are solution-orientated, and good communication skills are in your DNA – you are the person we are looking for as our new Junior Customer Success Consultant. You have the ability to observe and listen to our customers’ needs and feedback to acquire the information necessary to solve their needs.

Your qualifications and personal skills:

The job demands strong project management skills and the ideal candidate should:

  • Have a natural customer oriented and problem solving approach
  • Have a strong flair for digital solutions
  • Be highly structured, self-motivated and able to manage projects and deadlines
  • Be fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken
  • Be naturally self-driven, working independently on own projects in close collaboration with the team
  • Be flexible and open minded towards work tasks, colleagues and customers
  • Have a finished Bachelor or Master education within management, communication, digital marketing or similar


Complementary skills:

  • Professional background in lifestyle within PR, Marketing or Sales
  • German or any other language skills
  • Basic knowledge in Adobe Package
